HIGH POWER WAX PLUS
Description
This premium product is recommended
up to 250 °C not only for advanced flexible chest ironers and conventional high performance ironer, but also for gas/oil heated ironers.
Laundries with mixed ironer generations profit from s single product that is ideally suited for all high performance ironers.
This high-end wax consists of highly efficient top quality raw materials. This results in considerably extended standing times in the chest without cracking. The recipe has been optimized regarding its anti static and cleaning effect – this is what the denomination PLUS refers to.
We produce HIGH-POWER-WAX-PLUS in small flakes.
Practical use has proven that this shape brings about the best properties:
- Very good and even distribution and adhesion in the wax cloth.
- Optimum melting process in the chests.

HIGH SPEED EXPRESS WAX
Description
This premium product was developed
exclusively for high-performance purposesand is intended to complement the HIGH-POWER-WAX-PLUS.
It can be used not only for ironers with modern heating belt technology, but also for all conventional high-performance machines and for gas/oil-heated ironers up to up to 250 °C.
In this time the trend towards high-speed ironers with a running speed of over 40 m/min
and a quantity of laundry parts above 1,000 pieces/hour poses new challenges for the ironer
wax for this machine generation. The problem which needs to be solved is the trouble-free throughput
of the laundry, ideally without additional waxing in one shift.
This top-quality wax consists of highly effective raw materials
of the best quality. It allows extremely long trough dwell times
without burning or incrustation.
Like our HIGH-POWER-WAX-PLUS, the formula has not only been specifically designed for an antistatic effect
and additional cleaning effect, also for lower wax consumption and the savings in operating costs.
A smooth process without interruptions during a shift.
The HIGH-SPEED-EXPRESS-WAX is produced in small flake form.

EURO WAX HT PRILLS
Description
This top wax bases on a complex recipe of highly
efficient raw material.
The concentrate made of special additives, Carnauba- and bee wax of supreme quality allow for considerably extended standing times in the chest without cracking – at a very low consumption.
All kinds of heating up to 210 °C are reliably covered.
The shape of prills (small pearls) accelarates the melting procedure in the chest.

All high temperature ironers up to 210 °C

EURO WAX HT FLAKES
Description
This premium wax bases on a complex recipe
of high efficient raw material. Special additives, Carnauba- and bee wax of highest quality result considerbly extended standing times in the chest without cracking.
The flakes’ shape retards the melting procedure in the chest: This ensures that for the multi roll ironers, the backwards chests are sufficiently waxed.
Application:
All steam heated ironers up to 210°C.

SPECIALWAX C2
Description
This special low melting wax consists of selected vegetable products.
In the wax production precess, an extraordinary high degree of purity is achieved by means of several melting and filtration processes.
The special small flakes’ shape ensure an excellent an even distribution in the wax cloth, ensuring a uniform melting process in the chest.
Application:
Steam heated ironers up to 185 °C.
KARAGAMI WAX
Description
Ironer wax without any specific requirements regarding temperature and high performance – consists of vegetable raw material.
Application:
Steam heated ironers up to 175 °C.
